My Approach
Allison is a Professional Counselor (PLPC) at New Orleans Grief Center who believes you don’t have to navigate life’s difficult moments alone. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University and completed her practicum and internship at the New Orleans Grief Center.
She has a special passion for supporting those navigating infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, as well as pet loss, changes in identity or body image, self-esteem struggles, and difficult relationships with narcissistic parents or spouses.
With a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, Allison creates a safe space where clients can be honest about what they’re experiencing, feel truly heard, and begin to make sense of their emotions. She incorporates DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Art Therapy to meet each client where they are and support them on their path toward healing and growth.
