Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive space to connect with others who are also navigating grief. Led by experienced counselors, each group offers a safe environment to share, listen, and heal together. Sessions focus on connection, understanding, and building resilience through community.

General Grief Group:

This group is designed for those seeking support through their grief journey as it relates to the death of a loved one. Topics such as anger, guilt and coping skills are the focus of this group.

Weekly Monday 5:30pm – 7:00pm
